Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
At Myphe, we aim to make the delivery process as clear and straightforward as possible.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, where products may be dispatched from, how delivery estimates work and what to do if there is an issue with your shipment.
By placing an order with Myphe, you agree to the delivery arrangements disclosed during checkout and described in this policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders placed with Myphe are processed one day after the order is placed.
This processing period allows us to:
-
confirm the order details;
-
verify payment;
-
prepare the order for fulfilment;
-
submit the order to the relevant fulfilment facility or supplier; and
-
arrange dispatch.
The processing period is separate from the estimated delivery time.
For example, if an order is placed on one day, processing will normally begin on the following day before the order proceeds to fulfilment and dispatch.
Once an order has entered fulfilment, it may no longer be possible to make changes to the delivery details or cancel the shipment before dispatch.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, although changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
2. Where Our Products Are Dispatched From
Myphe works with third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to offer our product range.
As a result, some or all products may be dispatched directly from fulfilment facilities located in China and delivered to customers in the United Kingdom.
The country of dispatch does not affect your contractual relationship with Myphe or your statutory consumer rights.
Myphe remains your point of contact for questions or problems relating to orders placed through our store.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery timeframe shown on our website, product page, checkout or order information is an estimated delivery timeframe rather than a guaranteed arrival date, unless we expressly state otherwise.
International shipments involve several stages and may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.
As a result, your order may:
-
arrive before the estimated delivery date;
-
arrive within the estimated delivery period; or
-
occasionally arrive later than initially estimated.
We recommend treating any estimated delivery date as a reasonable indication of when your order is expected to arrive rather than as a guaranteed appointment for delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to materially delayed or undelivered goods.
4. Why Delivery Times May Vary
Products dispatched internationally may pass through several logistics networks before reaching their final destination.
Delivery times may therefore be affected by factors including:
-
international transport schedules;
-
carrier processing times;
-
customs procedures;
-
border or import processing;
-
local postal or courier networks;
-
weather conditions;
-
transport disruption;
-
public holidays;
-
periods of unusually high delivery demand;
-
logistical disruptions; and
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Myphe does not directly operate the postal, courier, customs or international transport networks used to deliver orders.
For this reason, we cannot control every stage of the shipping journey or guarantee the precise date on which an international parcel will arrive.
However, we remain responsible for addressing delivery issues in accordance with these Terms and applicable consumer law.
5. International Shipping to the United Kingdom
Our store is designed to serve customers in the United Kingdom, although products may be fulfilled internationally.
When an order is dispatched from China, it may travel through international shipping facilities and logistics providers before entering the UK delivery network.
International tracking may occasionally take time to update while a parcel moves between countries, carriers or logistics facilities.
A temporary absence of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving or has been lost.
6. Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Where Myphe offers Free UK Delivery, no standard delivery charge will be added for orders that qualify for that offer.
If different delivery services or paid delivery upgrades are made available, their prices will be displayed before payment.
Customers will not be charged undisclosed delivery fees by Myphe after an order has been placed.
7. Delivery Estimates Are Not Guaranteed Dates
Unless we expressly agree with you that delivery on a particular date is essential, estimated delivery dates displayed by Myphe should not be interpreted as guaranteed arrival dates.
International shipping times may change after dispatch because the parcel is handled by independent logistics and delivery networks.
Where delivery by a particular date is essential to you, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so that you can determine whether the available delivery service is suitable.
Nothing in this section limits any right you may have where:
-
an agreed delivery deadline has been missed;
-
delivery by a particular date was agreed as essential;
-
the goods are not delivered within a legally applicable period; or
-
you otherwise have a statutory right to cancel or terminate the contract.
8. Delivery Under UK Consumer Law
Where applicable UK consumer law applies, goods must be delivered without undue delay.
If no different delivery period has been agreed with you, UK consumer law generally requires delivery within 30 days of the contract being entered into.
Where a longer delivery timeframe is clearly disclosed and agreed as part of the purchase, that agreed timeframe may apply.
If we fail to deliver within an applicable agreed period, you may have legal rights to require delivery within an additional reasonable period or, in certain circumstances, to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits those statutory rights.
9. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, tracking information may be sent to you after the parcel has been dispatched.
Tracking information may include:
-
a tracking number;
-
a carrier or logistics reference;
-
a link to available tracking information; or
-
shipment status updates.
Please note that tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch.
For international orders, there may occasionally be periods during which no new tracking event appears while the parcel is:
-
travelling between logistics facilities;
-
in international transit;
-
undergoing import processing; or
-
being transferred to a local delivery provider.
Please allow reasonable time for tracking information to update.
10. Multiple Parcels
Some orders may contain products supplied by different fulfilment facilities or suppliers.
In these circumstances, your order may be divided into more than one parcel.
This means that:
-
products from the same order may arrive on different days;
-
you may receive more than one tracking number; and
-
receiving only part of your order does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.
If your order has been divided into multiple shipments, there will be no additional product charge simply because the order was dispatched separately.
If you believe part of your order is genuinely missing, please contact us at:
11. Customs and Border Processing
International parcels may be subject to customs, border or import processing before final delivery in the United Kingdom.
These procedures are administered by the relevant authorities and logistics providers and are therefore outside Myphe's direct operational control.
Customs processing times can vary and may occasionally affect an estimated delivery date.
Myphe will comply with applicable legal obligations relating to the sale and importation of products to customers in the United Kingdom.
Where any mandatory additional charge is to be borne by the customer, this will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the information provided during the purchasing process.
12. Providing the Correct Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.
Please check carefully that your:
-
recipient name;
-
house or flat number;
-
street;
-
town or city;
-
postcode;
-
country; and
-
any other required delivery information
are correct before completing checkout.
If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at:
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before fulfilment or dispatch.
However, once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
13. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us so that we can investigate the available options.
Depending on the status of the shipment, it may not always be possible to redirect or recover the parcel.
Any refund, replacement or reshipment will be considered according to the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer law.
This section does not apply where a delivery problem was caused by an error made by Myphe or one of the parties acting on our behalf.
14. Failed Delivery Attempts
Where a delivery provider attempts delivery but cannot complete it, the carrier may:
-
make another delivery attempt;
-
leave instructions for collection;
-
hold the parcel at a local facility;
-
redirect the parcel to a collection point; or
-
return the parcel to the sender or fulfilment facility.
Customers should follow any instructions provided by the relevant delivery carrier.
If you experience difficulty obtaining your parcel, please contact:
15. Unclaimed or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is not collected after a delivery attempt, is refused by the recipient or is otherwise returned by the carrier, please contact us.
We will investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next step based on:
-
the reason for the return;
-
the condition and location of the parcel;
-
whether the product can be reshipped;
-
any applicable return costs; and
-
your statutory consumer rights.
We will not make arbitrary deductions from refunds.
Any deduction or additional charge will only be made where legally permitted and appropriately disclosed.
16. Delayed Orders
Because our products may travel internationally, occasional delays can occur.
If your estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend first checking the most recent tracking information available.
If there has been no meaningful tracking update or the parcel is significantly delayed, contact us at:
Please provide:
-
your name;
-
your order number; and
-
any relevant delivery or tracking information.
We will review the available shipment information and, where appropriate, investigate the matter with the supplier, fulfilment partner or carrier.
17. Lost Parcels
A parcel will not automatically be considered lost simply because it has exceeded its original estimated delivery date.
International carriers may require a reasonable period before a shipment can formally be classified as lost.
If there is evidence that your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us.
Where an order has genuinely been lost and you are legally entitled to a remedy, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
-
a replacement; or
-
a refund.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
18. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking:
-
around the delivery location;
-
any designated safe place;
-
with household members;
-
with neighbours where appropriate;
-
your building reception or concierge, if applicable; and
-
any delivery instructions or photographs provided by the carrier.
If you are still unable to locate the parcel, please contact us at:
We may need to investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.
19. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, please retain the packaging and provide:
-
your order number;
-
photographs of the outer packaging;
-
photographs of the affected product; and
-
a brief description of the problem.
This information can assist us in investigating the issue.
Your rights relating to faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods are explained further in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
20. Risk During Delivery
Where Myphe arranges delivery using a carrier offered or selected by us, responsibility for loss or damage during transit generally remains with the retailer until the goods come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them on your behalf.
We do not transfer responsibility for a parcel to the customer merely because it has been handed to an international supplier, fulfilment facility or delivery carrier.
This does not affect circumstances in which the customer independently arranges a carrier that was not offered by Myphe.
21. Order Changes After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, we generally cannot:
-
change the delivery address;
-
change the recipient;
-
change the product variation;
-
add products to the parcel; or
-
stop the parcel in transit.
If you wish to return an eligible product after receiving it, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
22. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:
Because orders are processed one day after being placed, contacting us promptly may increase the possibility of stopping the order before fulfilment.
However, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be received before fulfilment or dispatch begins.
If the order has already been dispatched, this does not remove any statutory cancellation or return rights that apply to your purchase.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.
23. Public Holidays and Peak Periods
International shipping networks may experience increased demand during periods such as:
-
Christmas;
-
Black Friday;
-
major sales events;
-
Chinese public holidays;
-
UK public holidays; and
-
other periods of unusually high shipping demand.
Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected during these periods.
Where we become aware of a material delay affecting an order, we will take reasonable steps to assist the customer.
24. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Delivery may occasionally be affected by events genuinely outside our reasonable control, including:
-
severe weather;
-
natural disasters;
-
international transport disruption;
-
widespread carrier disruption;
-
border restrictions;
-
customs disruption;
-
industrial action;
-
civil emergencies;
-
war or civil unrest;
-
major infrastructure failures; or
-
government restrictions.
Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and assist affected customers.
This section does not remove any statutory rights relating to delayed or undelivered goods.
25. Supplier and Carrier Responsibility
Myphe uses independent suppliers, fulfilment facilities, logistics companies and carriers to fulfil orders.
Although we do not directly control the day-to-day operations of these third parties, Myphe remains the customer's retailer and primary point of contact for orders purchased from our store.
Customers should therefore contact Myphe regarding an order problem unless we specifically ask them to communicate directly with a carrier.
26. Delivery Questions
If you have any questions regarding:
-
order processing;
-
tracking;
-
delivery;
-
delayed parcels;
-
missing parcels;
-
damaged deliveries; or
-
delivery information,
please contact:
Myphe
Email: myphesuporte@gmail.com
Please include your order number whenever possible so that we can locate the relevant order more efficiently.
27. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect:
-
changes to our delivery services;
-
changes to fulfilment arrangements;
-
carrier changes;
-
operational developments; or
-
changes in applicable law.
The “Last updated” date at the beginning of this policy will identify the most recent version.
Changes will not retrospectively remove or reduce rights applying to orders already placed.
28. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or otherwise affects statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Where UK consumer law applies, mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any conflicting provision in this policy.
