Delivery Information
At Myphe, we want you to know exactly what to expect when placing an order with us.
Free UK Delivery
All products at Myphe include free delivery to the United Kingdom.
There is no standard shipping charge added to your order at checkout.
The price you see for the product already includes our standard delivery service.
International Delivery
Myphe works with international suppliers and fulfilment partners, and our products may be dispatched directly from fulfilment facilities located outside the United Kingdom, including China.
This allows us to offer a wider selection of carefully chosen products while keeping delivery free for our customers.
Regardless of where your order is dispatched from, Myphe remains your point of contact throughout the delivery process.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery to the United Kingdom is typically estimated at:
5–12 days
Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Your parcel may arrive earlier than expected or, on occasion, slightly later due to international transport, customs processing, local delivery networks or other logistical circumstances.
Order Processing
Orders are processed one day after they are placed.
This processing time is separate from the estimated delivery timeframe.
In simple terms:
Order placed → 1 day processing → Dispatch → Estimated 5–12 day delivery
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, it begins its journey to the United Kingdom.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that international tracking does not always update immediately.
There may occasionally be periods without a new tracking update while your parcel is:

travelling between countries;

moving between logistics facilities;

undergoing customs or import processing; or
-
being transferred to a UK delivery provider.
This does not necessarily mean that your parcel has stopped moving.
Can My Order Arrive in Separate Parcels?
Yes.
If you order more than one product, some items may be dispatched from different fulfilment facilities.
As a result, products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels or on different days.
You will not be charged any additional delivery fee if your order is split into multiple shipments.
What If My Order Is Delayed?
International delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our direct control, including:

high-volume shopping periods; or

carrier disruptions.
